L'Entrecote in Singapore

Ever since Z introduced me to l'entrecote in Paris, I have been hooked on steak. He would always change my order from "well-done" to "medium well-done" - or heck, maybe even "medium". For my birthday treat, my girl friend Min asked me what I would like to have. I insisted on steak, and she brought me to Outback Steakhouse in Millenia Walk, which surprisingly was just a bus-ride away from my house (albeit a long ride, almost the second-last stop). I ordered a cup of clam chowder soup (creamy chowder loaded with clams, bacon and potaties) and New York Striploin ("well-done, of course), and they were yummy yummy. Thanks, Supermean!
